Business Development Financial Manager

Requirement:
- Minimum 18 years of experience in business development, project feasibility, and evaluating new businesses and projects across oil & gas, chemical/petrochemical, fertilizer, manufacturing and energy sectors with strong exposure to investment and project management roles.
- Identify, assess, and pursue new business opportunities across renewable, transition, and conventional energy projects that align with corporate strategy.
- Strong expertise in financial modeling, feasibility studies, and techno-commercial analysis, with solid experience across corporate finance and the full project development lifecycle (including FEED/EPC, tender processes, and stakeholder coordination).
- Good understanding of energy transition, sustainable investment, carbon/green energy markets, and ESG principles, with exposure to renewable or transition energy projects and related regulatory frameworks.
- Proven ability to engage stakeholders, including senior management and external partners (e.g., licensors, EPC contractors, consultants, JV partners), supported by excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinker with high integrity and resilience, experienced in matrix organizations, with added value in M&A, partnerships, asset management, or capital raising activities.
- Excellent in English, both spoken and written. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Econometrics, Accounting, Chemical Engineering or related field.
