Beverage Brand Manager

Requirement:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience as a Beverage Brand Manager, from FMCG industries, with strong preference in developing and executing strategic brand plans to strengthen market leadership, increase brand equity, and drive sustainable business growth.
  • Work closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, Finance, and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment with commercial objectives. Lead integrated marketing campaigns from concept to execution, including campaign planning, implementation, optimization, and performance evaluation.
  • Transform consumer insights, market trends, and cultural moments into innovative marketing initiatives that enhance brand relevance and engagement.
  • Collaborate with creative, media, digital, and activation agencies to deliver impactful campaigns while ensuring consistency with the brand's premium positioning.
  • Monitor campaign performance, competitor activities, and market dynamics, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize marketing effectiveness and return on investment.
  • Strong strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in English and the ability to influence cross-functional teams while fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
  • Good in English, both spoken and written. A Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field, MBA will be considered an advantage.
