Backend Engineer (WFA)
Requirement:
- Minimum 3 years of solid experience as a Software Engineer, including at least 2 years of hands-on expertise in Java and/or Golang, driving the design, development, and optimization of robust, high-performance backend systems that power scalable, secure, and mission-critical applications in a dynamic IT environment.
- Architect, design, and manage scalable backend systems and database structures, leveraging both SQL and NoSQL technologies to support high-performance and data-driven applications.
- Drive end-to-end system architecture and backend development, ensuring alignment with business requirements, security standards, and long-term scalability goals.
- Champion best practices across the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), from design and development to testing, deployment, and continuous optimization.
- Optimize system performance and reliability through benchmarking, monitoring, and proactive performance tuning to maintain robust and efficient backend services.
- Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies, safeguarding code quality, stability, and seamless integration across distributed systems.
- Deploy, maintain, and continuously improve applications across on-premise and cloud environments, while producing clear, structured technical documentation to support operational excellence and knowledge sharing.
- Exhibit exceptional problem-solving and advanced debugging expertise, paired with clear and effective cross-functional communication, to diagnose complex backend challenges, deliver reliable system solutions, and collaborate seamlessly with engineering, product, and operations teams in a dynamic IT environment.
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written. Bachelor’s degree in Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
