Senior Manager Internal Audit
Requirement:
- Minimum 12 years of progressive internal audit experience, including 5 years within a public accounting firm, with deep expertise in banking and financial services-leading complex, risk-based audits, strengthening governance and controls, and advising senior management on regulatory, operational, and financial risk mitigation.
- Lead and execute end-to-end internal audits across assigned business units, delivering risk-focused, value-adding assurance aligned with organizational objectives.
- Drive audit planning and fieldwork execution, including risk assessment, control evaluation, root-cause analysis, issue severity grading, and validation of remediation actions.
- Partner closely with senior stakeholders and governance functions (ERM, Compliance, GRC, Technology Risk, and Investigations) on integrated audits and strategic ad-hoc initiatives.
- Professionally certified (CIA, CISA, CPA, or equivalent), reflecting advanced expertise in audit, risk, and governance best practices.
- Present audit findings, insights, and thematic risk trends to senior management and leadership committees with clarity and influence.
- Build and strengthen a high-performing internal audit team through mentoring, coaching, and oversight, ensuring strong audit methodology, project management discipline, and quality delivery.
- Highly detail-oriented and execution-driven, combining strong hands-on delivery with excellent communication and senior-level stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
