Requirement:

• Minimum of 15 years of senior management experience driving excellence in provider relations, claims management, and operational strategy, with a proven track record of impactful leadership in the insurance, TPA, or healthcare industries, and a competitive edge for those with expertise in sales, agents, or broker management.
• Cultivate and manage strategic relationships with insurance companies, TPAs, brokers, and corporate clients to drive mutual growth and partnership success.
• Develop, negotiate, and implement innovative partnership models and commercial agreements aligned with organizational goals.  
• Lead end-to-end claims operations, ensuring service excellence, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency while managing complex escalations.  
• Identify, pursue, and capitalize on new partnership and business opportunities to support organizational growth and market expansion.  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, legal, finance, and operations to align partnership initiatives and drive integrated business strategies.  
• Oversee provider relations, coordinate with partners, and monitor performance metrics to enhance service quality and operational effectiveness.  
• Represent the organization in senior-level external engagements, ensuring compliance, fostering strategic alliances, and driving continuous improvement across all partnership and operational activities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, strong leadership & team management abilities to engage staff, stakeholders, and external partners, independent and collaborative work style, knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent in English, both spoken and written. A Bachelor's Degree in Medical Sciences, Healthcare Management or a related field is required, with a Master’s Degree (such as MBA, MPH, or equivalent) preferred, especially for candidates with a insurance & medical background.
