Requirement:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an Aesthetic Doctor with expertise in diagnosing and treating skin concerns using advanced procedures such as Laser & IPL, Chemical Peels, Microneedling (Dermapen), PRP, Mesotherapy, Radiofrequency, Hair Treatment, and Slimming, committed to delivering personalized skin solutions and exceptional patient care.
• Conduct patient consultations, assess their aesthetic needs, and develop personalized treatment plans, including procedures such as Botox, dermal fillers, thread lifts, PRP, HIFU, chemical peels, and more.
• Deliver professional medical aesthetic procedures while ensuring patient safety, pre- and post-care, and educating patients on treatment options, downtime, and post-treatment instructions.
• Collaborate effectively with medical professionals and staff to provide comprehensive, personalized care, maintaining detailed and accurate medical records, and reviewing patient progress throughout treatment.
• Offer expert advice on aesthetic and anti-aging treatments, including product and service information, and foster strong relationships with current and potential patients to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively, engage stakeholders, make strategic decisions, demonstrate up-selling skills, and a strong passion for learning, patient care, and contributing to clinic growth.
• Ready to work full-time (5 days a week, including weekends and evenings if required) and participate in training in Jakarta.
• Proficient in spoken and written English; Medical Doctor (MD) with active STR, preferably with aesthetic expertise and additional certifications in Aesthetic Medicine or Dermatology is an advantage.
