Requirement:

• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in logistics, supply chain, distribution, or warehouse operations, preferably within the automotive or automotive distribution industry.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end logistics operations, covering inbound processes, warehousing, inventory management, transportation, and distribution to dealers or customers.
• Advanced understanding of automotive logistics, particularly the movement and handling of vehicle units, spare parts, inventory, and related operational documentation.
• Experienced in warehouse and inventory control, with strong attention to stock accuracy, quantity, condition, documentation, and reconciliation of physical versus system inventory.
• Efficient coordination and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with principals, dealers, transporters, warehouse teams, and other internal and external stakeholders.
• Meticulous analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to identify discrepancies, operational risks, delivery issues, and bottlenecks and take appropriate corrective actions.
• High attention to detail and strong operational discipline, particularly in maintaining accuracy, meeting delivery timelines, ensuring compliance with procedures, and minimizing logistics errors.
• Demonstrated ability to improve logistics performance, including optimizing processes, controlling operational costs, improving delivery efficiency, and maintaining reliable service levels across multiple locations.
• Good in English, both spoken and written. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
