Requirement:
- Minimum 4 years in B2B project sales and account management within interior design, architecture, or construction, with a stellar track record of securing large-scale corporate interior projects, a robust network of industry contacts across property, building management, and real estate sectors, and an extensive database targeting facility management, general affairs, and executive clients to consistently deliver high-value, strategic solutions.
- A dynamic growth catalyst, masterfully uncovering project opportunities, forging strategic client alliances, and transforming client aspirations into innovative design-build solutions that ensure exceptional satisfaction and long-term partnership growth.
- A visionary business developer, proactively cultivating a pipeline of high-value multinational clients through strategic networking and collaboration, delivering compelling proposals, and expertly leading negotiations to secure profitable projects that elevate industry leadership.
- Acting as the pivotal link ensuring seamless communication and alignment between clients and internal teams, translating needs into actionable briefs, maintaining proactive engagement throughout the project lifecycle, and cultivating long-term partnerships rooted in trust and excellence to drive repeat business.

- Driving strategic evolution by translating client insights into impactful enhancements in business strategy, brand positioning, and service offerings, while actively supporting transformative initiatives aligned with core values and growth targets, and shaping success through active participation in sales reviews and performance evaluations.
- Highly skilled in Microsoft Office, CRM platforms like ClickUp, and presentation tools, with outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities, complemented by deep expertise in project design, budgeting, and scheduling to drive innovative and results-driven success.
- A highly ambitious, self-driven, and emotionally intelligent professional who upholds the highest ethics and trustworthiness, passionate about collaborative teamwork, owning results with strong coordination and innovative problem-solving skills to drive impactful success.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written. A Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Business, Marketing, or related field.
